Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than one coaching session has been completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to drjane@executivefunctionreboot.com.

After 7 Days

Purchases are non-refundable after 7 days. In cases of documented medical or emergency circumstances, Dr. Jane may, at her sole discretion, offer program credit toward a future session.

Small Group Cohorts

Cohort seats are refundable up to 7 days before the cohort's first session, subject to the same 7-day window. Once a cohort has started, seats are non-refundable but may be transferred with 48 hours' notice.
